Hello. And welcome.

// First Snow

It snowed yesterday. My reaction to that? There is literally nothing in the universe that could bring me down right now. And, upon seeing said snowfall, I immediately began constructing a to-do list:

1. Start utilizing my fireplace.
2. Get pumped for Thanksgiving (probably my fave holiday).
3. Listen to Trans-Siberian Orchestra as if it were my job. (Okay, I've already been doing that for two months).
4. Make my annual windshield-scraper-purchasing trip to Walmart.
5. Make my annual windshield-washer-fluid-purchasing trip to Walmart (a gallon of magical goodness for ninety-seven cents? Really? I'll take twelve.)
6. Plan a trip to go cut down a Christmas tree. Include in the plans that the tree will be roughly sixteen feet tall and will be the glorious home to tens of thousands of lights, but then realize that there's no way in God's green pastures that such a tree will fit in my home.

Other tidbits that are definitely worthy of consideration:

1. Josh Wilson is a brilliant singer/songwriter. Check him out as soon as possible. Key songs: Before the Morning; Savior Please; Sing.
2. I was lucky enough to be invited down to the Lake of the Ozarks this weekend to help with music for a YoungLife deal. Get jealous.
3. I plan to post sneaks from a couple sessions within the next two days. If your last name is Brinsfield or Spring, heads up!
4. Most importantly: I've been working on a project called Fill It (a grassroots effort aiming to simply show folks love by filling needs that are out there). More info to come soon, so stay tuned. I'm beyond excited about it.

Keep on lovin'.
