Tad {Senior}

Ask Tad Wedel's friends what he likes more than just about anything else on earth and you'll get an across-the-board response of two words: Kansas basketball. You see, Tad just gets it. He understands that KU basketball is, indeed, one of the more important things in life. So, obvious fact number one is that Tad will officially make the trek north to be a Jayhawk when next fall rolls around. And, obvious fact number two is that Tad absolutely needed to have his senior pictures taken in Lawrence. So here we go...

// Austin: Graduating

I got the pleasure of meeting and hanging out with my new friend Austin and his folks this weekend in downtown Lawrence. I've tried to make it widely and publicly known that downtown Lawrence is probably my favorite place on the planet right now, so the fact that we planned to shoot his senior photos there had me straight up giddy.

So. Jeff, Kathy, and Austin: thanks for driving in to hang out for the afternoon, and for having superb taste in where to go to take awesome pictures! Here are a few sneak peeks - more to come real soon!

// Shane: Graduating

Once upon a time there lived a dude named Shane. Now Shane, he drove an El Camino, played guitar, and was really just a pretty awesome fella' in general. Shane's mother figured she had probably get some senior photos taken of her soon-to-be graduating kid, and just so happened to run across yours truly. Aaaaand the rest is history. We all got together this past weekend, including Shane's sister Amanda (see below) in an effort to rock the socks off of some photos. So, here's the result. Thanks, guys, for letting me come hang out with you for an afternoon.

// Cami: Senior

Cami, Jared and I graced the KC Arts District with our presence a few days ago. I'm going to go ahead and say that If I ever become a world-famous photographer (which is on my to-do list, by the way), this will be one of the shoots that made it happen. Thanks Cami, for making me look good.
